Not been up too much recently photography wise, damn weather! Here's a few photo's taken at Cambridge of Tanya, Sam and Katie and the rest are me messing around with my new lens on my lunch breaks. I've been out and about a lot today whilst the weathers been nice so I hopefully next week I'll have some good ones to post.
(all photos taken on Fuji Reala negative film)
Tanya, Sam and Katie out and about in Cambridge
Trying out some landscape shoots with my new 400mm
All these were taken on the 16 of July 2007 just outside of a lovely town on the east coast of the south island of New Zealand. Kiakoura used to be a fishing/whaling town but now things have turned around and people go there to see dolphins, sperm whales and other wildlife (those photos will have to wait till another post!). These photos were taken whilst walking round the beautiful beaches and coast line (colour ones using Fuji 160 and B&W's Kodak 400TX)
My wildlife stalking was pretty useless!
The lazy wildlife was much easy to get close to. These sea lions sleep on the grass right next to the road and car park, and they really do stink as well!
More sunbathing sea lions
My long suffering fiancé
As a geeky marine biologist I can't resist taking a photo of anything interesting I found, this is an urchins test showing its Aristotle's lantern inside
I'm a keen amateur photographer who's main interests are travel photography and photojournalism. Now having acquired a decent scanner I'll try too keep regular updates of my travel photos from 2007 and anything new I'm working on. Please feel free to leave any comments and any questions you have.
