After some recent work the city walls in Xi'an have been reconstructed to their previous state, which means you can walk around their entire circumference with out having to stop. Although it's a lot quicker and much more fun if you hire a tandem bike for an hour or two!

North China part 1

Heres some of the first scans from my travel photography, these were taken in April 2007 in either Beijing or at the Great Wall. I hope they turn out ok, I'm still getting used to my new scanner so lots of fiddling has meant only a few photos. I hope you enjoy, theres lots more to come!

Testing a roll of Kodak Infrared HIE

Here are two shoots from a roll of Kodak HIE I tested last year, I think these two turned out pretty well and I'll definitely be using the stuff again, even if it is £7.45 a roll!

Some of my old photos taken a few years ago

These are a few photos I took whilst living in Bangor north Wales, all either Fuji Neopan 1600 or 400. They were all scanned using and old minolta film scanner, so the quality inst the best but still suitable for the web I feel.
